Refund policy

We want you to feel good about the Sandoon piece you receive. If something is not quite right, we’re here to help.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Full-priced items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed and resalable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return postage for change of mind refunds is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Orders purchased using a promotional or discount code are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund. They may still be eligible for a size exchange, subject to availability.

SIZE EXCHANGES

Need another size? We offer free size exchanges on Australian orders, subject to stock availability.

To arrange an exchange, please email us at admin@sandoonclothing.com with your order number, the size you originally ordered and the size you would like instead. Once approved, return the piece to the address below and we will send the correct size over.

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes. We’ll cover the shipping cost of the replacement item where possible, but availability and destination may affect this.

As we launch with a limited product range, exchanges are available for the same item in a different size only.

If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose a refund where eligible or receive store credit for the value of the item.

FAULTY or INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please email admin@sandoonclothing.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, clear photos of the issue and a short description of what has happened. We’ll assess the issue and work with you to arrange an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Before sending anything back, please contact us at admin@sandoonclothing.com so we can approve your return and provide instructions.

Once approved, please package the item securely and send it to:

We recommend keeping your return tracking details until your item has been received and processed.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an item has a major fault, is not as described or does not meet the applicable consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
