Dispatch & Fulfilment
All Sandoon orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia.
Orders are packed and sent Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Please note that dispatch and delivery times may be slightly longer during launch periods, sales, public holidays and other peak periods.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow a short period for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
Where available, Sandoon orders may be delivered with Authority to Leave if the courier considers there to be a safe location at the delivery address.
If there is no suitable place to leave your parcel, the courier may leave a collection card or arrange an alternative delivery attempt.
For business addresses, parcels may be accepted by reception, concierge, mailroom staff or another person at the delivery location. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and choose a secure delivery location, particularly for higher-value orders.
Once an order has been delivered in accordance with the courier’s delivery process, Sandoon is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged after delivery.
International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery estimates do not include any time required for customs clearance.
If an international delivery is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes or customs fees, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping costs and any charges incurred during the return process.
